Saturday... (Life is Good!)

To Do List:

  • Morning coffee with a great friend: (check)
  • Hit the gym on a non-lifting day:
    • 10 minutes and 2000 meters on the rower (check)
    • 10 minutes interval sprints on elliptical (check)
    • 10 minutes interval sprints on treadmill (check)
    • Core work (check)
  • Tailgate with my son, Boomer Sooner daughter and friends in Norman (check)
  • Settle in at home to watch football with my son (check)
  • Call my USC Trojan to say, "Dad loves you." (check)

Life is good!
